Residential remodeling
Existing homes, intelligently rebuilt.
Our strongest work starts with an existing home and a clear objective: improve how it functions, correct what is failing and finish it with care.

Interior + exterior
One contractor across the connected work.
Remodeling rarely stays inside one trade. We coordinate the sequence so demolition, framing, mechanical work and finishes all support the same plan.

Kitchens + baths
Finished rooms that work every day.
Custom cabinetry, counters, lighting and layout decisions are made with the existing house in mind, not forced onto it. Prefabricated cabinet options are available for tighter budgets.

Exterior walls
Stucco and siding.
Stucco and siding cover the outside walls of the house, so we plan them together with windows, doors and exterior paint. Driveways, patios, walkways, block walls and brick walls have their own Concrete & Masonry page.

Roofing + exterior
Roof work, coordinated with the rest of the exterior.
Roofing has its own page now, with photos from preparation through the finished roof.

We look for the unknowns first.
Existing walls, prior repairs, water damage, structural conditions and incomplete plans can change a remodel. A useful walkthrough identifies those risks early.
When details can’t be verified before demolition, the proposal says so. Clear assumptions protect the owner and the contractor.
Project fit
Remodels first. New construction by review.
New construction is available when the project, schedule and documentation are a good fit. It isn’t the default work we advertise.

Already have another quote?
Share another contractor’s written estimate before the walkthrough if you have one. After we see the property, we’ll compare scope, materials and terms apples to apples and look for ways to deliver better value without cutting corners. Sharing an estimate is optional.
Our warranty
We come back after every job.
After every job, we return for a punch-list walkthrough and handle touch-ups at no charge.
